One of my biggest pet peeves is when anyone describes the women and men who call Exhale as people who are weak and without strength. In fact, the act of calling a talkline is a symbol of someones strength, it is an act of hope, and an expression of their courage and resiliency. I loved this ad that I saw on BART today because it says the truth so well.
